Get your event listed.
It’s free.

There are four ways to get an event into the system, and one place to fix anything that’s already in it. Pick whichever suits you. They all end up in the same listings.

  1. 01 Automatic

Already on sale? It’s already in.

Events sold through Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or other major ticketing platforms are picked up automatically. We can also watch other sites on request.

  2. 02 Web form

    Submit or edit through Backstage.

Send us event details through the web form. You can also request changes to existing events, performers or venues there: a new image, updated text, corrected times, whatever needs fixing. You need a free account, and signing up takes a minute.

  3. 03 Email

Just write it down and send it.

Email the details along with any images. Plain language is fine. The AI Elves read it, structure it and tag it properly before it goes live.

What to send

One sentence is enough.

Who’s playing, where, when, and what it costs. Add a poster or a photo if you have one. You don’t need a template or a particular format.

Manage what’s listed

Events, performers and venues.

A listing is made up of the event, the performers and the venue. If any of them is wrong or out of date, request a change in the web form.

Record How to add or change it
Event Add a new event any of the four ways above. To change one that’s already listed, such as the image, text or details, request it in the web form.
Performer Request a new photo, a corrected name or an updated bio for an artist or band in the web form.
Venue Request corrected details or a new image for a venue in the web form.
